What we collect, and what we don't.
This policy covers psymarksolutions.com. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we'll explain it plainly.

Who we are
PsyMark Solutions is a marketing consultancy based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We operate this website. For anything relating to your data, contact dulan@psymarksolutions.com.
Information you give us directly
The only place this site asks for your information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name, if you enter one
- Which service you selected from the dropdown
- The message you wrote
We use this solely to reply to you and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.
Spam protection: the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which replaces the old "prove you're human" puzzles. In most cases it runs silently and you'll never see it. It looks at how your browser behaves rather than at who you are, and unlike reCAPTCHA it isn't used to build an advertising profile of you.
Worth knowing: the contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards submissions to our inbox. Your message passes through their systems on its way to us. Their privacy terms are at formsubmit.co/privacy-policy. If you would rather not use a third party, email us directly instead — that goes only to our mail provider.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses analytics and advertising tools that set cookies and collect technical information — your approximate location, browser and device type, which pages you visited, and how you arrived here.

About the Meta Pixel specifically
If you visit this site and later see an ad from us on Facebook or Instagram, that is the pixel at work. It records that a browser visited certain pages.
The pixel also has a setting called Automatic Advanced Matching turned on. When you submit the contact form, this scrambles your name and email address into an irreversible code (a hash) and sends that code — not the readable values — to Meta, so it can tell whether the person who enquired is the same person who saw one of our ads. It measures whether our advertising actually works.
To be explicit about the limits: we never send Meta the contents of your message, we do not upload contact lists to build audiences, and Meta does not receive your details in readable form from this site.
You can limit this at any time: Meta ad preferences, Google Analytics opt-out, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking them will not break this site — nothing here depends on tracking to function.
How long we keep things
- Enquiries: kept while a conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we have context if you come back. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
- Analytics data: retained on Google's default schedule, currently 14 months.
- Advertising data: retained per Meta's own retention rules, which we do not control.
Who else sees your information
Only the providers named above, and only to do the job described. We do not sell personal information. We would disclose it if legally compelled to, and we would tell you unless prevented from doing so.
Your choices
Write to dulan@psymarksolutions.com and ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
We'll act within 30 days. No account or verification hoops — just email us from the address you contacted us on.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly broaden what we collect and leave the old wording in place.
